Training Opportunities
FARRP experts are available for many training opportunities. These include on-site training at manufacturer location by FARRP experts on a consulting fee basis. Subjects covered include:

In addition to on-site services, FARRP experts speak at many industry seminars. FARRP also sponsors its own workshop series:
- Food Allergens: Issues and Solutions for the Food Product Manufacturer – This short course examines everything from the scientific basis of food allergy to the allergen issues facing the food industry today - as well as the recommended solutions or "best practices" for dealing with this important issue.
- Food Allergen Sanitation – The program will cover the challenges of sanitation, best practices in both wet and dry cleaning conditions, and detection methods and their role in validation of sanitation programs and SSOPs.
Although in-person training is ideal, FARRP also a video training package through a partnership with Silliker, Inc.:
- “Controlling Food Allergens in the Plant” is a training program availible through Silliker.
Informational Services
Allergen Information DatabaseFARRP maintains a database of food allergy information including: research, past recalls, incidents of past cross-contamination, etc. Members receive a limited number of searches free with their membership. Others may request database searches for a fee. Please contact FARRP for a quote.
