Amy Blomstedt joined the FARRP Laboratory as a Research Technologist in March 2015. Her past laboratory experience was as the Senior Laboratory Technician at American Agricultural Laboratory, Inc. for over 6 years. Amy also has several years of experience in research from high school through college with both the Monarch butterfly and herpetofaunal diversity in golf courses. She received a B.S. degree in General Biology from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2008.

Brandan Dinkelman joined FARRP as a Research Technician III in February 2015 with past laboratory experience in genus Iochroma tropical flower phylogeny and research on the growth of Chlorella sorokiana algae in adverse growing conditions. Brandan received a B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2014.

Pat Gergen is FARRP's Program Manager. Pat has numerous vital administrative duties including serving as a liaison with the FARRP Board of Directors and overseeing special projects. Pat manages workshops and training including distance education, the website and grants for FARRP.

Jamie Kabourek has served as Resource Manager for FARRP since 2000.  In that capacity, she serves as FARRP's primary contact with the food industry and other clientele for food allergen information. As a dietitian, she also presents on food allergy to various professionals and students.

Marc Keen joined FARRP as an Analyst in August 2014. He received his B.S. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1988 with a major in Biology and a minor in German. He also has a M.S. from the Nebraska in Food Science and Technology. Marc has previously worked in research on Mycobacterium tuberculosis and in cancer research.

Jaime Kennedy joined the FARRP Laboratory as a Research Technologist in September 2012, with past laboratory experience with the USDA Agricultural Research Service.  Jaime received her B.S. degree in dietetics from the University of Nebraska.

Tricia King joined the FARRP Laboratory as an analyst in the summer of 2014. Her past laboratory experience at Land O' Lakes and Farmland Foods included positions in Research and Development, Food Safety, and Microbiology. Tricia received a B.S. degree in Dairy Manufacturing and Microbiology from South Dakota State University. Before joining the FARRP Laboratory she attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center and received a B.S. degree in Clinical Laboratory Science.

Danielle Lambertz is a Research Technologist in the FARRP Analytical Laboratory. Danielle worked for a grain inspection company while earning her B.S. degree in food science.  Before joining FARRP in 2012, Danielle worked two years for a food processing company.

Julie Nordlee has worked with FAARP since before its formal inception. Julie has numerous administrative and technical duties including serving as FAARP's key liaison with the clinical partners and overseeing the Institutional Review Board processes.  She also manages FARRP human serum bank and conducts serum screening experiments to assess IgE binding.
