The goal of this workshop is to provide a holistic view of food proteomics principles, workflows, and data analysis. This 4-day workshop will include hands-on experience with lab procedures, equipment, and data analysis methods. Attending this workshop will be valuable for those with scientific, research, or laboratory roles in the food/ingredient manufacturing and laboratory service sectors.

There are several hotels located close to Nebraska Innovation Campus and the Food Innovation Center.

Getting to Lincoln

The Lincoln airport has service from United Airlines, with connections from Chicago O’Hare and Denver International Airport. The airport is a 10-minute drive from downtown Lincoln. Ride-sharing app services are available for transportation, along with rental cars. 

Omaha’s Eppley Airfield is approximately a 1-hour drive from Lincoln and has service from multiple air carriers. If you’re flying into Omaha, we would recommend renting a car to get to Lincoln.
